Running is not really my thing even if most of my friends are already in to it today. I keep finding ways to tell them that contrary to everyone's initial impression, it's actually bad for our health. But just like veganism, running may not be the healthiest form of exercise but if it makes you so happy you begin to want everyone else to feel the same and you wish to avoid offending anyone, then you should definitely include this in your list of activities. There really us nothing to lose. In fact there is more to gain. There is more to it than being just a fad.
